When we receive an order from you, we will confirm our acceptance via email that we have received and will process the order.
Our software will not enable a purchase if product is out of stock, however, in the unlikely event that we are not able to supply the products , we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
Loyal will not be liable to any person if we decline to fulfil, or are unable to fulfil an order.
Delivery charges are calculated on checkout before you complete your purchase. The delivery charges are based on NZ Post Parcel service costs for delivery within NZ. Because we give all the profit from our products to our customers by way of Loyal dollars, we cannot offer free freight when your order reaches a certain value.
The checkout software will calculate the parcel size and select the lowest price delivery options which we support taking into account the parcel size and your address Post code. For most parcels it will offer you two options; untracked service and a tracked service
The Untracked service is standard option for standard sized parcels. NZ Post will not deliver untracked parcels to a business that does not receive a post service.
The Tracked service is an optional extra for standard sized parcels. Tracking means you can track the progress of your parcel using the unique barcode. Every time your parcel is scanned, the parcel status will update until it has been delivered. NZ Post will deliver tracked parcels to a business that does not receive a post service.
Oversized parcels are priced based on dimensional weight and destination. Loyal is based in Auckland so Auckland deliveries are the cheapest using the across town service. North Island is more expensive and the South Island more expensive again (sorry). Oversized parcels are always tracked.
In the unlikely event that an additional delivery fee is required for extra large or heavy items, we will advise you prior to processing your order, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.
Deliveries are made by NZ Post Parcel Service throughout New Zealand. Please allow up to 5 working days.
Deliveries to Australia are also available in the checkout. This service is provided by NZ Post and Australian Post with a target delivery of 3 - 10 days.
Deliveries to other countries is available on request using contact us.
To keep costs to a minimum and help protect the environment, Loyal may use clean recycled packaging for your parcel.
Product information given on the Loyal website or in our promotional materials is for your guidance but does not afford a guarantee of use. Common sense and discretion are advised in the proper and safe use of all products purchased from us.
Loyal takes reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website or promotional materials are correct. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. We will endeavour to deliver the corresponding products but do not warrant that the products we deliver to you will be identical to those displayed in the photograph or on your monitor.
Many of our products are handcrafted items. As a result, many items will differ slightly in colour and/or size.
The prices for the products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, but not any delivery charges.

Until ownership passes, you hold the products as bailee for Loyal.
Our liability for any claim, damages, loss or expense related to the supply by us of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services except where statute expressly requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable in any event whether in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by you or any other person.
At Loyal, we stand by the quality of our product. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Customers who have made retail purchases from our website can return product purchased from us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase using the following process:

Upon receiving the product, we will refund the price you paid for the product.
Loyal will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty product.
If the products are damaged or faulty when they are delivered to you, please contact us and we will arrange to replace the damaged product(s) at no additional cost to you. Once the product has been returned to Loyal, and on inspection Loyal deem the product to be faulty, we will refund both the price you paid for the product and the delivery costs. If product has been damaged in transit please contact us and we will arrange to replace the damaged products(s).
